We arrived at Hukou Waterfall at around 8pm and stayed at Tianhe Hotel. We went down to a random restaurant and had some local specialty Yellow River carp. It was really delicious, especially the two dishes. The fish head was used for soup and the body was braised. It was very affordable. The cooking was very good here, with great taste and quality. The fish was freshly killed and very fresh, with good color, aroma and taste. All the dishes were big in portion. The boss was very enthusiastic and gave us a portion of homemade kimchi. The sliced noodles were also delicious. I highly recommend!
