This is the first shop to open during the New Year. It is the best-reputed fried bun shop in the county. It is said that they are not only selling in the morning market, but sometimes they are still selling in the evening, which is great. The skin is crispy, but the filling is the highlight. The chives are fresh, the vermicelli is fried deliciously, and the taste is a bit like the essence of braised beef noodle soup.
