蜀九香火锅(嘉峪关店)

🔥Shujiuxiang is a hotpot chain restaurant. I ate there once in Shanghai before. I didn't expect that there is one in the northwest. I stepped on a lot of bad food during this trip. I saw something familiar and hurried in to have a meal. Fortunately, Shujiuxiang did not disappoint us. It still tasted as I remembered. 🌿 The environment is quite good, with a touch of elegance in the ancient charm, but unfortunately the view facing the floor-to-ceiling window is average. Each table is equipped with a bamboo building for placing clothes bags. The toilet is also quite clean. 👩🏻‍🍳 Service: We went there at around 1 pm. This restaurant actually served the dishes first and then the pot base. Fortunately, the beef and mutton platter was served late, otherwise the meat would have wilted. 🍽 Dishes: Beef and mutton are OK, but tripe and glutinous rice cakes are not. "Thai Butterfly Shrimp" is well presented, the body of the shrimp is delicious, but the shrimp head cannot be eaten. It feels not very clean and has a fishy smell. "Big Knife Tripe" is bad. It is so old that it can't be chewed after 7 ups and 8 downs! The "Nine-spice beef" tastes pretty good! The "handmade brown sugar rice cake" is not very tasty, it's soft and snappy. The "freshly fried crispy meat" is also good.
