石室清隐The pilaf tastes good and is large in portion. The meat is beef, and you can get more for free if you don't have enough rice. The meat pilaf is 12 yuan, and the vegetarian pilaf is only 2 yuan. It is the cheapest pilaf I have ever seen! I went there with a fellow ethnic brother, and we were full without even having to get more rice.

When I arrived in Kashgar, I came to this restaurant to eat pilaf. It's in a restaurant in the community. Except for the slow waiting time, the taste and quantity are sufficient.
I have always liked local food, I think it is clean, hygienic and nutritious.
Please! Friends visiting Kashgar, please don't go to Khan Bazaar, which is packed with tourists, and get ripped off, okay?! Locals don't even go there; it's expensive and the food isn't good! Don't complain about Xinjiang food being bad when you go back; Kashgar isn't to blame for that! The local market in Kashgar is delicious, authentic, and affordable! So much to choose from! You can find all sorts of Xinjiang cuisine right here. Isn't it amazing? !!! Concluding my 365-day, 39-country solo trip, this is my second time in Kashgar and my fourth time in Xinjiang. I ate at Yawag Market, a local night market right next to my homestay, for four consecutive nights! The only downside: it opens after 8:00 PM 🤣 Some tips: 1️⃣There are many alfalfa wonton shops in the market. Look for the one at the entrance; it's the busiest! It's packed every day, and for 10 yuan, there are over 30 wontons! Be careful with the chili oil! I'm embarrassing Hunanese people! 🤣 2️⃣ Grilled meat skewers. I tried everything, so I ordered lamb heart, lamb eggs, fat kidneys, kidneys, liver, and intestines! Roasted lamb is the most reliable! 🤣 3️⃣ Ice cream 2/3 yuan 4️⃣ Specialty snack - yogurt rice dumplings. You can get two for 5 yuan here! It's not as fancy as the yogurt rice dumpling shops. 5️⃣ Hand-pulled rice 15 yuan per serving It's really cheap here! But I didn't try it; it was too filling and I couldn't finish it that night. Recommendations for places I've tried: Jinmi Specialty Pilaf (Kashgar No. 1 Middle School Branch); Yawaggu Pilaf and Meatball Noodle House; Ailizati Pilaf; and Maimaiti Shawuti Chef's Son Pilaf Restaurant. The first two are local favorites, while the last two are popular online restaurants for tourists. 6️⃣ Apricot peel tea, 5 yuan per serving 7️⃣ I followed the Baiyi family and ordered beef head meat. Hmm~ delicious 🐮 8️⃣ Fruit seems expensive right now. I miss the sugar buns for 1 yuan each and the bunch of grapes for 5 yuan back in September. 🏠 Four nights at Treasure B&B (near the Old City, near Yawag Night Market) —Kashgar HIYO Xiyu Rooftop Garden B&B 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Recommended Returning to Kashgar after 4 years, the hotel market is booming! There are so many hostels for 20+, and the choices are overwhelming 🤣 This time, I deliberately chose not to stay in the Old City because it was too noisy 🤣 and the conditions were generally poor. I stayed at this B&B near the Old City that a friend had recommended to me. It's not only beautiful, but also well-equipped, and most importantly, quiet and relaxing. The local night market is right next to it, and it's also close to the Old City. The boss couple are also literary young people who love traveling and life. They will enthusiastically provide free travel consultation and also provide chartered car and group tour services. 🉑Go!
I have been in Xinjiang for two years, and this is the second best pilaf I have ever eaten! The other one is also in Kashgar Sure enough, traditional Uyghur food like pilaf is still 🉐️ in southern Xinjiang!!! - I have eaten it all the way from northern Xinjiang to southern Xinjiang I have not eaten refined carbohydrate staple food for two or three years Every time I see the recommended pilaf, I just order it to taste it and recommend it to my friends Only in Kashgar!!! The two most popular pilafs here Directly changed my mind💡 Let me feel the long-lost charm of carbohydrates again This restaurant is better than the famous Altay No. 32 pilaf😭 💢I will feel sorry for every sister who missed it, okay! ! - 📍This restaurant is a bit far from the ancient city scenic area 🚗Take a taxi for more than 20 minutes But it is really worth going there! ! ! - 🥕The ratio of yellow radish to rice in the pilaf The mixture is just right🤌 The texture is a little moist and the rice grains are not too hard. It is neither soft nor hard nor greasy. Every grain of rice is sweet and firm! Firm! Good! And the meat is so, so fragrant. Each grain of minced meat is very sensible. The fragrance mixed with rice makes me forget that I never ate mutton in the past 20 years😂 Real deliciousness will break the barriers of diet in different places and change my picky eating habits of more than 20 years... - 🍚: Maimaiti Shawuti Master's Son's Pilaf Restaurant 📍No. 35, Dolaitbag Road - #True delicious snacks collection #Local food #Try the authentic old brand #Local special snacks #Food search
