SHEJIANJIANBEEF NOODLES

I took a walk early in the morning and found that there were quite a few shops open on Gannan Road. I saw Tongue Tips and came in to try it. I ordered a bowl of Erxi and a portion of beef. I savored it slowly and it was quite good. The noodles in each shop are actually not much different.

Shejianjian Beef Noodles was pretty good at the beginning, the taste was authentic, and there were many branches, which was convenient for diners. It was considered a famous store. But later, as the store got bigger, the taste gradually became worse, and the number of customers certainly decreased. I personally feel that it is not as good as some of the smaller stores that have emerged later.

The portion is large and the price is affordable. For Anhui people, the fried noodles are not dry enough and the soup noodles are heavy. It tastes good when you drink it with the noodle soup in the store.

It is a well-known brand chain store among the many ramen restaurants in Lanzhou. The kitchen area and the serving area are open, and customers can watch the chef making ramen and enjoy it with their eyes and taste buds.

It was my first time to eat the beef noodles at Tongue Tip. The taste was pretty good. Because it was at night, I ordered processed fried noodles with a lot of meat!!!
