I didn’t have time to go into this mosque to see its true appearance, but it felt great to look at it from afar. Unlike other halal restaurants, Yunfeng has a very good environment. You can even take a cable car across the Yellow River from the second floor. Let's get back to the point. Since you're in Lanzhou, you have to eat a bowl of Lanzhou beef ramen. Just as you didn't know that donkey meat is not in donkey noodles until you arrived in Dunhuang, you didn't know that beef noodles usually ordered donkey meat is not in beef, but in Lanzhou. After entering the door, you can see the chef making noodles. The business is very good and there is a queue. 7 yuan a bowl of beef noodles is quite affordable. If you don't eat spicy food, you have to tell the chef in advance, otherwise the red chili oil will scare your baby. The essence of Lanzhou ramen is in the soup. One clear (clear soup), two white (white radish), three red (red chili oil), four green (coriander, green garlic sprouts), and five yellow (bright yellow noodles) are the biggest features of Lanzhou ramen. The soup is really delicious, and on a cold snowy day, drinking this bowl will warm your whole body. The noodles are still chewy. Because of limited time, I ordered noodles. This bowl of beef ramen by the Yellow River allows you to enjoy the scenery of the Yellow River while satisfying your appetite. It is highly praised.
