The noodles are thick, chewy, and the sauce is rich. The pork is big and the portion is large. It is very filling. The taste is very Shanxi-style.

I passed by this restaurant on my way to the hotel. I thought it should be a good restaurant after seeing the name. I put down my food and ordered stewed meat noodles and crispy meat noodles. I was very happy with the crispy meat noodle soup, which was refreshing. The stewed meat noodles had a stronger taste.
