🏨Hotel environment: The location of the Qijia Yuxinquan Hot Spring Farmhouse in Longhua, Chengde is super good. It is located in Qijia Hot Spring Village, Longhua, Chengde City, with very convenient transportation. Moreover, their parking lot is super large and free, so you don&#39;t have to worry about finding a parking space. The architectural style of the farmhouse is also very distinctive, with two floors, spacious and bright. The interior of the room is warm and comfortable, and the sheets and bedding are clean and tidy, so people can feel the warmth of home as soon as they enter the door.
🛏Room facilities: The farmhouse has a total of 6 rooms that can accommodate 12 people, including family rooms and standard rooms. Each room is equipped with a super large independent soaking pool, which can easily accommodate both large families and small teams! Let you enjoy a private hot spring time after a busy day.

A friend called Hegu a &quot;Little Yunnan in Beijing,&quot; but I didn&#39;t believe it&mdash;until I tried this Jinlu Tea-Fragrant Pork! The braised pork is first braised and then deep-fried, resulting in a crispy crust brimming with tea aroma. The tea leaves underneath soak up the meat&#39;s juices. My friend, while still saying she was on a diet, grabbed three pieces straight away. It was truly delicious! 😭

A must-try for those who love spicy and sour food is the broccoli with scallions! The texture is somewhere between fern and pea tips, refreshing and crispy, and the spicy and sour sauce is incredibly flavorful. I finished the whole plate by myself... (I silently raised my hand to order a second one.)

I was surprised to be overwhelmed by the soup! The scallions were fried to a crispy aroma, and the hydrangea mushrooms were infused with the sweetness of the loofah. My eyes lit up after the first sip&mdash;if my stomach wasn&#39;t so limited, I&#39;d have wanted to just grab the whole pot! (I secretly asked the waiter if I could get a refill, and she smiled and filled it up for me. 👍)

Parents with kids, take note! The Mongolian beef patties were juicy and not greasy, and the wild vegetable dumplings were fried to a crispy aroma. The kids, tired from running around on the lawn, showed off three of them! I even packed some healthy scrambled eggs to go with my rice. The free-range eggs were so tender and fragrant, my baby was licking the plate!

This place truly has &quot;considerateness&quot; etched into its DNA: Want scrambled eggs with tomatoes? Get it right away! Want a view seat and worried about the sun? Grab an umbrella! It felt like dining at a friend&#39;s house in Yunnan&mdash;relaxing and warm.
