We asked and found out that the boss bought the cattle and slaughtered them himself, so the meat quality was quite good. The boss recommended their copper ladle beef to us. With the mentality of giving it a try, we ordered two pounds of cooked beef as the base of the pot, and two pounds of freshly slaughtered meat slices. Because there were seven or eight of us, we ordered more. The taste was quite good. It was the most delicious and authentic hot pot we had on this trip. The environment was also good, and parking was convenient and awesome. Finally, I asked the boss for his contact information so that we could have beef jerky, braised beef, and cooked beef delivered to us in the future, because we really can&#39;t eat such authentic yellow beef here. I really recommend it!
