Longyou is a hidden gem of a town. There's so much delicious food, and even if you can't handle spicy food, there are plenty of dishes to order. After getting off the train station, I took a taxi to this old restaurant. It was past lunchtime, so the restaurant was deserted. The open kitchen offers a wide selection of delicious dishes. Kaihua Clearwater Fish I chose the blackfin croaker. The broth was milky white and pure and fresh. The fish meat didn't have a hint of earthiness. Duck Feet and Beef Pot It was slightly spicy, and the braised sauce went really well with rice. The beef slices had a black pepper flavor and were tender and not dry.
