I walked a kilometer to find this place after seeing other people&#39;s good reviews. If you have eaten Hua San&#39;s donkey meat soup in Kaifeng before, then don&#39;t try this restaurant, the taste is very different! 
The donkey meat soup here is also divided into 4 different prices according to the amount of donkey meat, but the donkey meat is not sliced, but cut into pieces, and in addition to donkey meat, there is donkey blood and donkey offal in the soup. I personally think it is too fishy. Fortunately, I bought a portion of 10 yuan, and the shredded pancake is 1 yuan per bowl. The only advantage may be that the soup is not salty.

看到别人的好评特意走了一公里路找过来的，如果之前在开封吃过化三家的驴肉汤，那么这家店就不要尝试了，味道差很多！它家的驴肉汤也一样是按驴肉的量分4个不同的价格，但它家驴肉不是切片的，而是切块，且汤里除了驴肉还有驴血和驴杂，个人觉得太腥，还好我买的是10块钱一份的，饼丝1块钱一碗，唯一的优点可能是它家的汤头不咸。

上菜非常快，幸好没有等太久，味道很清爽，一点都不腻，推荐喜欢相似口味的朋友们来！
