You need to make a reservation one and a half hours in advance. But now is not the tourist season, so there are not many customers. The store didn't open the kiln today. If you put it somewhere else, they will just say goodbye to you. The owner of this store is very nice. When he heard that I had no place to eat, he decided to open the kiln for the chicken I wanted! An hour and a half later, I finally met the simple boss and his wife. They are really honest people. If the seafood is not good today, they will tell the truth and never make blind recommendations. It is enough to eat a kiln chicken, a green vegetable and sweet potato leaves, and an oyster omelette. This chicken is a whole chicken, the internal organs are removed, marinated, wrapped in tin foil, and braised in the kiln. It is delicious as soon as it is opened. The vegetables did not come up for a long time. I went out to see that they were grown by themselves. They were picked, washed, and fried for you. How can they not be fresh! After eating and drinking, I sat down with the boss to drink tea and chat. There was also a kitten to join in the fun. This meal was delicious!
