Nanjing Tulou‼️ I tried the nearly lost "Tulou Specialty Muscle Duck." Muscle ducks are grown in the ditches of rural springs, enjoying the mountainsides and eating river fish and shrimp. Their muscles are well-developed, earning them the local name "Muscle Duck." I came to Yunshuiyao Tulou in Nanjing to experience the world, and surprisingly, I tried Muscle Duck here... This dish is also a favorite among drinkers, especially in the summer. The meat is perfectly chewy! As expected of the owner of Yunshuiyao's popular restaurant, the duck smells delicious! The restaurant's ambiance is also very nice, with comfortable and cozy solid wood tables and chairs, elegant private rooms, and no service charge. It's perfect for a casual get-together with friends or a business dinner! The dishes are affordable and the value is excellent. They were even named a 2025 popular restaurant. I'll definitely be eating there whenever I have time. √‼ ️ The moment the signature muscle-bound duck arrived, I was captivated. The skin was as crispy as a cracker, and with a snap, the aroma instantly filled my mouth. The meat was tender and juicy, making every bite a true delight. √ The handmade taro buns were incredibly beautiful, refreshing, glutinous, and the filling fragrant. ~ √ The Hakka-style steamed chicken was still bubbling when it arrived, the meat plump and bursting with juice with a gentle bite. The Hetian chicken was chewy, each bite full of layers of flavor, the more I ate, the more I wanted. The ginger paste was incredibly fragrant. √ This was my first time trying organic fresh bamboo shoots. The Qingtian bamboo shoots were crispy and delicious, and the flavors of the wild countryside spread throughout my mouth with each bite. I was overwhelmed with happiness! In Zhangzhou, Fujian! You can always trust the restaurants recommended by your elders! ‼ ️ This local cuisine restaurant is a favorite of my family elders! ‼ ️ Just look at the always-packed table to see how authentic the food is! Whenever friends from out of town visit, their first meal is always at this "Fujian-Guangdong Local Cuisine Restaurant." Almost everyone raves about it! ‼ ️ A one-stop shop for all the delicious flavors of Zhangzhou! The location is also easy to find! Just off the highway from Nanjing Tulou, about 3,000 meters down the road. It's a great place for those visiting Yunshuiyao. [Love] ‼ ️Steamed Bamboo Shoots This wild fish is raised in local spring water. According to the owner, it takes three years to reach two pounds. This fish can even be made into sashimi, which means it's very clean and has good texture. The steaming method is more suited to our Fujian tastes, especially when we weigh it right in front of them. It's really friendly... 🈶 Fresh bamboo shoots are my absolute favorite! No need to worry about what to order, just go for it... They're crispy and the taste gets better with each bite! ‼ ️ Served with a bowl of rice, stir-fried seasonal vegetables, and a sip of Hakka soup... two bowls of rice! 🍚 Handmade taro buns, generously topped with fillings, are soft and chewy. This "Tulou Hakka cuisine" gets more and more delicious the more you eat it. This is the authentic taste of Zhangzhou! ‼ ️

[Rice] Flavor: We ordered a set meal, which included |Hakka Secretly Recipe Rice-Fragrant Pork^ Rice-Fragrant Pork, river shrimp, and vegetables. Feeling it wasn't enough, we also ordered a plate of organic river shrimp, |Pepper and Salt Organic River Shrimp^ The shrimp were fragrant and crispy, and beef. We asked for it a bit, but it was more to our taste and delicious. 😋 [Mint] Ambiance: Perfect for anniversaries or romantic dates. The restaurant is very conveniently located, so there's no need to wait. Since it was off-season recently, there were relatively few customers, so the food was served quickly. [Service Bell] Service: The waiter was very friendly and offered us a good local health tea. [Candy] Value: The price is in line with the quality, making it a great value. The set meal is very extensive. After a few days of traveling, I felt that this place was very cost-effective.

[Rice] Flavor: We ordered the local specialty, secret recipe of rice-flavored meat and Tulou-style muscled duck. They were delicious, and everything was quite tasty! [Mint] Ambiance: We arrived at 9:30 AM, and the restaurant was still open. They even asked us to get off work overtime, even though they were about to close. [Service Bell] Service: The waiter was warm and welcoming. I asked about the dishes several times, and they were very attentive. I was very satisfied with the food. [Candy] Value: Reasonable prices, relatively reasonable for a scenic area. I plan to come back tomorrow.
