The taste is quite good. It is very popular. There was a long queue when I went there. The beef noodles are very solid. It is a big bowl. The meat is half meat and half tendon. There is a lot of meat, unlike Lanzhou ramen where one piece of meat is almost cut into 100 pieces. The taste is good.

Taiwanese people love beef noodles, which can be seen from the beef noodle restaurants along the road. The Nantou beef noodles are quite famous here, with lots of noodles, big bowls, plenty of beef, and the soup tastes good. The price is not expensive, and it is worth a try.

There is a lot of beef in the beef noodles. It is spread all over the bowl. Taiwanese beef is very fragrant, not like the water-injected beef in mainland China.

The dish I eat the most when I come to Taiwan is beef noodles, which are full of beef and very delicious.
