Made by popping the flowers of high-quality glutinous rice in a wood-fired pot, it boasts a golden color, crispy skin, and fragrant filling, with a sweet but not greasy texture.

- Huishui Ci: Also known as &quot;glutinous rice ci&quot; or &quot;water ci,&quot; it&#39;s made by melting the ash of the mountain Huangyuan tree in water, filtering it, and then mixing it with glutinous rice to form a paste.
