When traveling to Nanxiong, I had to visit the Zhuji Ancient Alley Scenic Area. I had lunch at a restaurant at the entrance before going there. This restaurant is just across the road from the entrance of the parking lot. The car can be parked when eating, and it can be parked all the time, which also saves the parking fee of the scenic area. The parking fee in the scenic area should be 10 yuan, but it is free here. The restaurant's serving speed is quite fast. It was basically full at noon that day, and I was afraid that they could not make it. {Goose King}, it feels like everyone in Nanxiong eats goose, right? The name of the "Goose King" restaurant is written everywhere along the road. The stewed goose should have been stewed in advance, so it was the first dish served. The taste here is okay. The goose is quite large. There is no special selection of parts. Everything is available. It is directly served in a large pot, even goose blood. It is not too spicy, just a little bit spicy, and the goose meat is very tender, which is good. {Mei Cai Kou Rou}, one of the special dishes here, I was a little afraid of eating such fatty meat, but I didn't feel greasy when I ate it, but it was sweet and fragrant, much better than I thought, and the Mei Cai was fresh, black, not the dark yellow one I usually eat, I think the black one is delicious. Although the pork is fatty, it doesn't taste very fat. {Shan Shui Tofu}, I don't like to eat another kind of tofu called stuffed tofu, which is very different from Hakka stuffed tofu, so I just ordered ordinary Shan Shui Tofu. The tofu is not very smooth and the taste is relatively rough, but it still has a strong bean flavor. It is very fragrant after being lightly fried. Just add a little scallion as a garnish. There is no need to add too much seasoning and meat. The main thing is to taste the tofu.

Stayed at the restaurant (hotel), there were no good restaurants nearby, so we stayed there directly. The most famous goose king in Nanxiong tasted good, but it was too hard and a bit hard to chew, haha. The sour tofu tasted a bit bland, the stir-fried vegetables the shop owner said they grew them themselves, and they were stir-fried OK, and the Xinghai kelp and pork ribs soup was good.

The goose king is delicious and spicy, it is worth a try~~

It's OK, mainly Hakka dishes, the taste is pretty good.
