Auntie Gan&rsquo;s Taro Balls is the oldest taro ball shop in Jiufen. All products are handmade. Fresh, soft Dajia taro is steamed until it is fine and fluffy, and then mixed with cornstarch. No water is added during the production process to maintain the fragrant and chewy taste.
