M25***69As expected of a representative of Ningbo cuisine, each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art, and delicious as well. The "Three Stinky Pasta" was particularly creative. The service at the hotel was exceptional; Benjamin's attentive service made me feel right at home. As I was leaving, he even came over to thoughtfully ask if I needed a parking voucher.

The restaurant is located in the lobby of the Pan Pacific Hotel, with a dedicated dining area. The dining environment is spacious and comfortable, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The Butter Chicken is a specialty of the Indian chef; the curry is very fragrant, and it tastes great dipped in two different types of naan bread. The Australian Wagyu Beef Open-faced Sandwich is essentially a thin-crust pizza; the beef is of good quality and cooked to perfection. The Crispy Seafood Balls with Fermented Rice Wine Sauce were ordered because of their appearance, and surprisingly, they tasted quite good as well. The seafood was fresh and springy, with a crispy and delicious outer shell. Indian-inspired dish: Butter chicken with freshly baked Indian naan bread + strawberry guava sparkling water – a truly perfect combination! This dish is also a signature recommendation. The chicken curry sauce is tender and smooth, and when dipped in the thin, crispy naan bread, it's not spicy but incredibly flavorful, instantly soothing your palate. A sip of the cool sparkling water completes the experience, bringing a sense of calm and coolness to the hot autumn days of early October. The restaurant shares a lobby with the hotel, and the service is quite good. The sofas and chairs are clean and comfortable, making it a great place for an afternoon nap. Waitress Danna was also very attentive, patiently explaining the dishes. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is very pleasant and welcoming.
Taste: The Laksa seafood noodles were incredibly flavorful and generously portioned, with a fantastic texture. The prawns were delicious and very fresh. The butter chicken curry sauce was very rich and fragrant. It was delicious with the naan bread. The Australian Wagyu beef open-faced sandwich was wonderfully rolled up, with a rich and flavorful taste. Ambience: The environment was beautiful, with lovely decorations and a great atmosphere. Service: Felix, the waiter, was very warm and attentive, constantly refilling our water. A truly excellent experience.
The new dishes are all delicious! The food is very photogenic, the environment is beautiful and easy to find, and the service from the waiter Benjamin is excellent!
The two of us ordered several dishes, and none of them were bad. Australian Wagyu Beef, Avocado Salad, and Custard Salad: My family ate everything cleanly; the ingredients were fresh—the beef was of good quality. Grilled Halibut with Vegetables and a Sour Broth: Cooked on-site, the freshness of the ingredients was evident. The fish was delicious. The broth was perfect for dipping plain naan bread—delicious! Laksa Seafood Noodle Soup: Plenty of seafood, and the noodles were wonderfully chewy. The broth was also very flavorful. Afterwards, we had a Honey Seasonal Fruit Unsweetened Yogurt Oatmeal Bowl—this dinner was pure bliss! #Madr99 #RomanticDateRestaurant #DeliciousSnacks #ScenicRestaurant #SeafoodFeast
This time during my trip to Ningbo, I specifically chose a hotel I hadn't stayed at before 🏨: the Pan Pacific Ningbo Hotel. This hotel surprised and delighted us. 🌆 Location and Environment The hotel is located at No. 99 Min'an East Road, in the Eastern New City. It's near Metro Line 5 (Convention Center Station), and a 15-minute taxi ride to the Old Bund. I loved its tranquil location amidst the bustling city—the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room offer views of both the new city skyline and the Yongjiang River. Especially at dusk, when the city lights come on, sitting on the small sofa by the window watching the lights reflected in the river is incredibly soothing. 🛏️ Stay Experience 1. Central Garden • It must be even more beautiful in spring! The lush green lawn—perfect for a relaxing afternoon tea with loved ones ☕️. 2. Fitness Center I always come to the gym morning and evening 🏋️. The equipment is excellent and well-equipped. 3. A Breakfast That Will Make Your Foodie Radar Flutter! The chef makes freshly wrapped shepherd's purse and pork dumplings with thin skin and generous filling, the tofu pan-fried buns are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and there are also freshly baked almond croissants... We recommend sitting by the window; the sunlight shining on the food is perfect for a vlog! 🎯 Nearby Activities Guide • 10-minute walk to Ningbo Cultural Square (water screen movie at night) • Taxi fare (starting price) to Hankyu Department Store (Japanese beauty lovers' paradise) 💡 Useful Tips • It gets crowded on weekends, so we recommend going before 8 am to avoid the queues for breakfast.
