The heat from the pebbles heats the luffa, giving it a unique texture. Braised Pomfret: Two large pomfret, braised in a red-braised style. The fish is tender and flavorful. Highly recommended. Shrimp: There are so many ways to prepare shrimp. We opted for steamed dried shrimp, a local specialty. The shrimp was huge. The steaming method preserved the original flavor.
