柳叶面，据说平遥美食在晋菜里面算是比较好的，但是本地朋友说山西人虽然很有钱，吃饭没那么挑剔，只要有面就是一顿饭，有花生米就可以喝一瓶酒，这里男女喝酒都是轻松一顿饭干掉一两瓶白酒，我好羡慕能喝的朋友，这家的菜还能适应，用四川味道来判别有些过分，谈不上很喜欢但是也不会难吃。酸菜柳叶面还可以我吃了两碗，酥肉相似于四川的，平遥牛肉我感觉和卤的一样。
