They always force customers to order on their phones. I've encountered this several times. If you don't order on your phone, they're very slow and say the system is slow and has problems. This is obviously disrespectful. KFC works in Songyuan and they think it's quite high-end, but they don't know that if the service is not good, it's useless in a high-end restaurant without well-educated employees. The service industry has forgotten the most basic thing is to respect customers.
