This restaurant was introduced to me by a local friend in Qiqihar. It is an old restaurant that has been open for many years. Although it has been open for a long time, the service and taste are still very, very good. There are a lot of people there during meal times, and we had to wait in line for a while. This time when I went to Qiqihar, in order to eat a bite of authentic big meat skewers, I ate at two restaurants, Jihong and Fu Pangzi. After experiencing it myself, I will tell you about it!

🌃At three o&#39;clock in the afternoon, I arrived at Jihong Beef and Mutton first. Maybe it was still early, and there was no need to queue in the store. During the meal, locals and tourists came one after another. This store is downstairs of a residential building. The storefront is not big. It is still charcoal grilled skewers. The dining area has to go through the building door. It is like an ordinary two-bedroom unit. There is no decoration and the environment is relatively simple.

His signature big meat skewers, outer sirloin plates, Gonghou meat and Jiulianghong are all very good, but at least five skewers must be ordered. The meat of the beef skewers is clear, and the gravy overflows when you bite it, and the aroma is fragrant; the outer sirloin plates are chewy and the more you chew, the more fragrant it is; I don&rsquo;t remember the taste of Jiulianghong very clearly; Gonghou meat has a soft and glutinous texture, but I personally don&rsquo;t like it very much. In addition to the meat skewers, the mixed vegetables and mixed eggplant puree are refreshing and greasy, and the grilled vegetable rolls and grilled potato chips are also great!

🍗Then, at two o&#39;clock in the afternoon, I came to Fu Pangzi&#39;s chicken skeleton skewers. Wow, there was already a long line at the door. Listening to the people in the queue talking, there were locals and tourists like me. This store is also downstairs in the community. The store is not big and the environment is average.

Fu Pangzi&#39;s family sells by weight. The signature Gonghou meat, beef brain skewers and aromatherapy chicken skeletons are super big. Two or three skewers can cover the face. When it is served on the table, there are a lot of them, which is super satisfying. The Gonghou meat is stewed first and then grilled. It is soft and glutinous but not greasy; the beef brain is a large piece of meat directly grilled over charcoal fire, sizzling and oily, and it is too addictive to eat! In addition, chicken racks, mixed eggplant puree and Laba garlic are all good helpers to relieve greasiness.

💰Comparing the two, the price difference is not much, Jihong is a little more expensive. The meat is very fresh. As for the environment and service, don&#39;t have too high expectations.
