This restaurant is in a perfect location, right next to the lotus pond. The atmosphere is simply stunning and cozy! Lotus Cake This incredibly beautiful pastry, shaped like lotus leaves, lotus flowers, and lotus roots, is actually made from mung bean cake and topped with dried cranberries. It's sweet but not cloying, and even I, who don't like sweets, managed to win over several. Lotus Leaf Chicken A whole chicken wrapped in lotus leaves and steamed is tender and juicy, with a subtle lotus fragrance. You tear it apart yourself before eating and toss it with chili oil. Entering the restaurant, it felt like stepping into a pond awash with blooming lotuses, a vibrant interweaving of green and pink. It was as if I could hear the chirping of summer cicadas and the gentle breeze rustling through the lotus leaves.
