Park Hyatt has always been my favorite hotel. Today, I checked in at Park Hyatt Hangzhou's new afternoon tea - Park Hyatt Joy. Therefore, such a revised afternoon tea was extended. It adopts the form of snacks on the seat plus dessert cart delivery. Park Hyatt's dishes really won't disappoint. The dishes at Park Hyatt Sanya I visited before were all excellent in terms of appearance and ingredients. The color, aroma and taste were very well integrated, and the service was also very good.

The hotel is very big, and can be described in two words: private! The hotel is in Sun Bay, and the nearest Baihua Valley is a little more than 8 kilometers away. The road to the hotel is very beautiful. The road leading to the hotel seems to be 5 kilometers. The road is definitely a scenic line. The hotel has a total of 7 buildings. I booked a sea view room in Building 5. The front desk said that this is the best place to watch the sea. It is very comfortable to have a holiday. Personally, I think the effect would be better if the window is bigger! Disadvantages: It is too far from the dining place, and there is no place to dilute when you come to the beach. The hotel is too big and there are too few waiters. It is easy to get lost, but this also shows the privacy side. You can call for service before going out, and the service staff will take you with you. It’s not bad!

Personally, I think it is the best hotel in Yalong Bay. The restaurant inside is designed in plain colors and decorated with cooking utensils and fruits. The ceiling is neatly arranged and stacked with huge fish plates like blue and white porcelain, which echoes the artwork of marine vegetation inlaid on the wall, creating a casual and comfortable dining atmosphere. It is really unique. An open kitchen adds an element of interaction. The dishes are also very diverse, including Hangzhou cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and other dishes, featuring local seafood and meat, and are served with fine wine, which is a very textured experience.

Dishes: Fresh seasonal ingredients are used, combined with Sanya's local specialty ingredients and the chef's creative cooking, which is very tempting. Recommended: Sichuan-style tofu stewed with fish fillet, which looks like a soup base with red hot peppers and green peppercorns, but is actually the fresh aroma of tomato fish. The slight sour taste is very appetizing, and the light spicy taste is acceptable to people who don’t like spicy food. The tofu is smooth and delicate, and the fish fillet is fresh and tasty. It is a very pleasing dish. The shortcoming is that the bones of the fish fillet are not cleaned, so children should pay more attention when eating it; Mapo beef tendon tender tofu, which comes out of the stone pot gurgling hot and is placed on a wooden board to keep the cooking temperature. The taste is light and spicy, and it is a well-deserved dish to go with rice; the scallop soup with wild vegetables is a Cantonese dish. The so-called scallop is a variety of dried shellfish adductor muscles, and the local wild vegetables of Hainan are scattered in the slow-cooked secret soup. It is fresh and refreshing. It is not only delicious but also has the effects of clearing heat, warming the kidneys and stimulating the appetite; the dessert collection, five different types of desserts gathered together, which is a great value. The fruits are fresh in season, the chocolate is rich, the matcha is fresh, the cream is delicate, and the exquisite plating is sweet but not greasy. Dessert lovers can't stop at all. Suggestions: It would be more perfect if there are more auxiliary suggestions when ordering, take the initiative to introduce when serving, remove the bones of fish fillets, and pay attention to the order of serving and the cleaning of outdoor tables and chairs.

The best hotel in Yalong Bay. It just opened last year. It is very private and is located at the innermost of Yalong Bay. The overall decoration is very grand, like a museum, with many kinds of sculptures and portraits on display. The service is very good. The fragrance of the room is very good, and it feels very classy. The breakfast is rich in variety and the service is considerate. The room service is also very good and delicious! It is worth the price. It is just a little far from the outside attractions. It is recommended to bring a driver's license to rent a car, or you can rent a car. We didn't do enough research and relied on taxis to travel, and it was expensive. I will choose Park Hyatt again when I go to Sanya next time.

The service, dishes and environment are all in line with the positioning of a five-star hotel. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here almost every day during the four nights I stayed in the hotel.
