It should be a semi-finished product fried in advance and then heated with solid wax. In Xinyang, I can only say that the earthen pot chicken of this restaurant is too ordinary. Considering that it is next to the reservoir, I specially chose fried white strips, but it was also a failure. The small fish was not crispy enough and had a fishy smell. In comparison, the green vegetable tofu and fried beans were better. It was a slightly failed farm meal experience. I should have gone to the night market near the hot spring to eat!
