嘉御坊(曹杨店)

The store is located in a business building next to Caoyang Shopping Mall. There are a circle of private rooms around the restaurant lobby. Judging from the decoration style, the store should be mainly engaged in family dining or business banquets. The set meal is for 2~3 people. The cold dishes include soft heart and special fish cakes; the hot dishes include mustard shrimp balls, eight-immortal tofu, grandma's braised pork and blanched kale; the dim sum is red bean paste dumplings. Judging from the dishes, it should be the main local cuisine, but some dishes from other cuisines are also involved. The two cold dishes tasted quite satisfactory and I couldn't tell which one I liked. The mustard prawns were very big. After eating two per person, I felt a quarter full immediately. The eight-immortal tofu should be a tofu soup made from eight ingredients. In addition to the old tofu, there are also bacon and shrimp. The orange soup must be drunk first. This dish is served in a large stone pot bowl. I personally think that if it can be heated further down, it can keep the soup hot and allow the old tofu to continue to absorb the flavor of the soup. Grandma's braised pork, the whole pot of meat looks crystal clear, sweet and glutinous, fat but not greasy, it really makes fat meat taste better than lean meat. Blanched kale, crisp and sweet.

This restaurant is newly opened. During the Chinese New Year, it allows a la carte. The price of the dishes is much more affordable than the set meals outside. I highly recommend the shrimp here, which is very delicious. In addition, the blanched grass shrimp is also very delicious.
