The fatter ones have a crispy taste, and the thinner ones can be picked up in a few seconds and mixed with a little shacha sauce. The taste is sweet. There are so many delicious foods in Shantou. The locals brought me to this old shop which has been around for more than ten years. It is said to be the most famous beef hotpot in the local area! I had a beef hotpot with pure shacha sauce and it felt very, very good. I personally have a better impression of shacha sauce. The beef is very filling and it is definitely worth a visit!
