The fifth floor hall was already full. We were arranged in the private room on the sixth floor. Fujinxuan in Shantou serves authentic Cantonese cuisine. I think the stir-fried vegetables, rice noodle rolls, and dry fried beef noodles are super delicious. The waiter's attitude was quite good. He was very enthusiastic in taking orders, serving dishes, and pouring water. A lot of special dim sum were recommended, and I wanted to try them one by one. After the dishes were served, I found that there were really too many. Shrimp dumplings are the specialty here and every table must order them. Durian pastry, red rice sausage, lava buns, mango sago cake, etc. are also good, but overall there are not many eye-catching dishes.
