First meal in Shantou, I saw good reviews on Dianping.com. Raw marinated crab: 60 yuan per crab. Not big, first time to eat raw marinated seafood. Yinping oysters: It's the first time to eat oyster omelette with tofu fish, vermicelli and white sand, very special, fried at a good temperature, the skin is crispy. Highly recommended!

When I come to Shantou, I must try the local specialties such as pickled crab, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, braised goose, fish rice, pig's trotters with sand ginger, fried oysters, and scallop porridge.

Although the store is famous for its oyster omelette, I personally think that the 100-flower-stuffed seaweed is even more amazing. I was completely surprised. It was so delicious that I felt like flying. It was also coated with the unique orange juice of the Chaoshan area. It tasted very good.
