The first time I walked into the operation room, I saw my white-cut Zhanjiang super marinated chicken being cut, sliced, and served on the table. This is my favorite dish in Cantonese cuisine. It shows the effort and tastes great.

Located in Luohu District, Yue Cuisine Palace is a high-end Chinese restaurant specializing in authentic Cantonese cuisine. The magnificent chandeliers are matched with elegant screens, creating a noble and elegant dining atmosphere. The restaurant is famous for its seafood and tea market. Fresh live seafood is delivered daily, and the various seafood swimming in the fish tank are dazzling. Signature dishes include steamed grouper, baked lobster with ginger and scallion, fried crab in typhoon shelter, etc. Each dish is prepared by experienced Cantonese chefs with precise control of heat and perfect seasoning. I especially recommend their dim sum for morning tea, which is prepared by experienced dim sum chefs. Whether it is shrimp dumplings, siu mai or barbecued pork buns, they all maintain the authentic Hong Kong flavor. In terms of service, the waiters are well-trained, professional and friendly. They can carefully introduce the characteristics of the dishes and provide suggestions when appropriate. The dining environment is spacious and comfortable, and each room is equipped with independent air conditioning, allowing guests to enjoy a private dining space. The price is mid-to-high-end, but considering the freshness of the ingredients, product quality and service level, it is reasonable.
