Tremendously enjoyed our dinner here. Ordered roasted goose, siu yuk, fish with fermented vegetables, pickled tomato and two types of vegetables. They were all amazing! The pickled tomato tasted like mangoes and siu yuk was freaking crispy!This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant I&rsquo;ve been too. The Chinese tea was fantastic too, smooth and pairs well with the dishes. most importantly, service is top notch! Everyone was polite. Carrie, Kane and Winnie gave their best during our dining experience. They carefully explained the dishes and were very attentive to the details. Love the ambience too! I&rsquo;d come back here again and again!

Latina, founded in 1998, is an award-winning Brazilian barbecue buffet restaurant. Its Brazilian chef, Mr. Wellington, is a seasoned chef.

Latina is a restaurant I&#39;ve visited numerous times. This time, I ordered the PRESTIGE CHURRASCO+ (king crab legs, Brazilian lobster, fresh oysters, caviar, and crayfish) and the DINNER DELUXE (beef tri-tip, oxtail steak, veal, tongue, tenderloin with Parmesan cheese, Brazilian shoulder, brisket, garlic steak, Angus tri-tip, Angus short rib, Angus rib eye, and Angus belly loin).

The restaurant&#39;s beef is primarily sourced from South American countries, such as Uruguay and Argentina. The restaurant offers a wide variety of varieties, including select Aberdeen Angus, Hereford cattle, and Wagyu. Each cow is raised on natural pastures for at least two years and grain-fed for 100 to 300 days.

Latina dry-ages this high-quality, juicy South American beef in a controlled temperature and humidity refrigerator for approximately twenty days. The meat decomposes naturally in a controlled environment, and over time, the outer layer of moisture evaporates, forming a protective layer. This protective layer preserves the juiciness of the meat, making it more tender and flavorful, and the flavor becomes more concentrated and rich.

In addition to the delicious grilled meats, which are delivered every few minutes by the chefs, the restaurant also features three self-service bars on the center island, offering a wide variety of salads, hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, desserts, and sauces.

In Brazil, there&#39;s a fruit called Gorana, which is considered one of Brazil&#39;s three treasures, along with football and samba. Locals make this fruit into a unique soda. Latina Parrilla restaurant has introduced this Gorana soda, a rare find in Shenzhen. Its aroma, reminiscent of honeydew melon and apple, is refreshing and a perfect accompaniment to a hearty meal.
