I visited this famous hotpot restaurant one night in Shigatse. The consumption is said to be relatively expensive locally, with an average cost of 200 yuan per person. The restaurant is famous for its mushrooms, but I felt that they were just average. The yogurt tea tasted good.

It is a hotpot restaurant with relatively high prices in Shigatse. It is said that leaders also come here to eat. The prices are high, but the service is okay. There are various types of mushrooms and soup bases. Seasonings are charged, and the yogurt is delicious.

The food in Shigatse city is obviously much richer than that in the surrounding counties, especially the variety and freshness of the ingredients, with a lot of choices. This time I went to "Jiujiuxian" in the center of Sangzhuzi District, which is a restaurant specializing in mushroom hot pot, and it is very healthy and nutritious. I ordered a simmered soup base, with most of the vegetables, a few kinds of mushrooms, and a little beef slices to enhance the flavor. It was really delicious, especially the matsutake buns, which are a must!

There are many mushroom hotpot restaurants in Tibet, and the taste is quite delicious!

I used to come here. It was renovated this year. It tastes better than before with barbecue.
