The hotel is in a busy area, the breakfast is OK but not as good as Kempinski's breakfast.

I saw this old hotel in Shijiazhuang opened in 2013, and I checked in yesterday at noon. The interior is a bit worn and dated, but it also has a vintage feel, reminiscent of the days of economic prosperity. 🏷️ Check-in is on the 31st floor, and the view is stunning. (The hotel gives welcome fruit upon check-in, which makes my stay truly special.) I spent the entire afternoon and morning at the hotel. I had dinner that evening, then bought some swimming trunks and hit the hotel pool. 🏊 The water was decent and not too deep, perfect for children and those who enjoy swimming. The shower room was stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels, slippers, and lockers were neatly arranged. The hair dryer was a Panasonic with a strong wind. A comb and cotton swabs were also provided by the mirror. The service was reassuring. The next day, I had breakfast at the hotel 🍽️. The flat noodles were delicious, and the menu offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, all very tasty. The bread was also freshly baked. The hotel was quite quiet, not noisy at all—a great treat for those who enjoy this kind of atmosphere. I have to say the executive room had a fantastic view; from the 52nd floor, I could see the TV Tower and the Provincial Museum. The air conditioning was adequate and quiet, making the sleep quite comfortable. I slept through the night and woke up naturally, which was quite refreshing.
