The taste of this restaurant is very good! The price is moderate! The cold dishes taste very good! The fish slices are refreshing and tender! There are several soup bases to choose from! The sauerkraut, vermicelli, pepper, and tofu base are also very good!

The specialty is beef hotpot soup, which moistens the lungs, intestines and stomach; the hotpots of various colors are hot, steaming and sweet; the fish species are diverse and come from the good water source in the north; the stir-fried dishes are colorful, fragrant, and well-shaped, and the unique cooking techniques are passed down.

The owner is from Dongcheng District, Beijing! The hot pot is delicious! They even had roast duck in a hanging oven before they moved here! Really authentic Beijing flavor!
