Before mining, I was busy with my brain. Haha, I think the brain soup tasted okay. Because it contains astragalus, it may not taste so good, but it is very tonic. It is full of good things. Their mutton dumplings are so delicious! The rice wine is sweet, the alcohol content is very low, and it is refreshing!

After visiting the Shanxi Provincial Museum, I went to Liu Street to eat at this old shop. I found out that the head is only sold in the morning, not at noon. I ordered siu mai and mutton steamed dumplings. The dumplings are indeed very rich in filling and have a lot of meat. I was a little greasy.
