The third dish was the four small bowls of Shanxi merchants. The taste and appearance were still pretty good, but the price of 128 felt a bit high. One of the bowls was just kelp (my colleague joked), but the bowl of braised pork, dried tofu, and millet cake was still very local. The last bowl of noodles, which was just right for us who were almost full.
