Another review written almost a year later. The breakfast at Westin Shimei Bay deserves praise. The Coastline restaurant is super large, with a central transparent kitchen and a large space between the tables. It is really a big place with plenty of space. I had breakfast at the Coastline restaurant for two consecutive days. In addition to the food of a general five-star hotel, there are also Baoluo noodles, cool tonic, and seafood porridge. Especially the seafood porridge, which is full of real tiger crabs. It is so fresh that your eyebrows fall off after a sip. If you are on vacation⛱️, you can eat a full breakfast and enjoy lunch later.

The small island opposite the Coastline Restaurant is Kajima Island. Whether it is evening or morning, the scenery is picturesque. In the evening, in the restaurant or on the lawn, enjoying the cool sea breeze and the buffet, you will be intoxicated by the beautiful scenery.

Tonight's dinner, I and a foreign couple booked the Coastline Grill Restaurant at the Westin Hotel to change their taste. This is also a small surprise for Tina. This restaurant can accommodate nearly 100 people and has many long tables. It is especially suitable for friends or company dinners. Two stools were removed and I sat somewhere else to give them a private space. They were very happy with this arrangement. I was relieved that I finally didn't have to be a light bulb. The chopstick holders in the restaurant are very interesting. They are made of seashells. They are pure natural and very delicate. The dishes were quite exquisite. Vegetable salad and bread were served first, followed by soup. I asked them if they were used to the soup, and they said it was OK. Then I ordered a few other dishes for them. Because some teppanyaki dishes need to be cooked fresh, we drank soup and ate bread first, and then they sat face to face, chatting and laughing while eating.
