When the child came back to the hotel after getting stitches, he smiled and gave me some game coins. I was speechless! This hotel has too many loopholes, and you must be cautious when you bring your children. If you don’t believe it, you can go and see the bad reviews last year. One guest’s child also had a nosebleed, and there was no improvement for a year. The child suffered so much, not to mention that he couldn’t go into the water for the rest of the trip, and he was also psychologically hit hard. I was hit and had to cancel all the scheduled activities. The hotel said that the check-out fee and medical expense reimbursement I proposed were not acceptable. Later, after negotiation with the platform, I agreed to follow the hotel's wishes, refunding 30% of the room fee and reimbursing us for medical expenses. But the most hateful thing is that they added a clause asking me not to expose this matter on any platform! Is this considered compensation or hush money? ???? I would rather choose not to have any discounts and reimbursement of medical expenses than to compromise with the hotel's non-isolation requirements! It's funny that they know to wrap the corners in the lobby, but not in the room. It's not difficult to give it in advance if they don't have it!
