The Shangri-La Hotel's Ou Cafe buffet restaurant is particularly comfortable on the first floor. The view from the window is particularly beautiful, with abundant greenery. It's particularly relaxing to enjoy the delicious food while admiring the scenery. The restaurant's environment and facilities are quite good, and the dishes are excellent. There is a large selection of freshly made dishes, and the dishes are of guaranteed quality, fresh and delicious. The restaurant and kitchen service are particularly warm and attentive, reflecting the five-star service standards. I like the restaurant's excellent salmon and it is very delicious. The seafood is relatively fresh and delicious, and the service attitude is particularly warm and attentive.

I stayed at Shangri-La for 2 days, and had one lunch and two breakfasts in the western restaurant on the first floor. A standard five-star hotel, with standard dishes such as poached eggs, chicken sausage, vegetables 🥬, etc., all of which were of good quality. Of course, there was also the Wenzhou glutinous rice, which was really delicious. The glutinous rice, sauce, and braised meat definitely exceeded the calorie limit for breakfast. The lunch buffet at noon included salmon sashimi, sweet shrimp sashimi, and steamed small pomfret, which were particularly fresh and delicious. Steak 🥩 and lamb chops were also in sufficient supply, and you could get them as long as you waited. I was quite satisfied with the food and the service.

Shangri-La's evening buffet is great value, with all kinds of seafood and barbecue. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you can feel the festive atmosphere. The busy waiters and chefs, the dazzling food pick-up area, the piles of seafood, and the bright lights can whet your appetite. Each dish is very authentic, with fresh ingredients and various cooking methods. The steaks and lamb chops are of good quality, tender and full of meat flavor. The small cakes in the dessert area are also very delicate and delicious; only the oysters are not served with sauce, but with fresh lemon, which tastes a little worse.
