When I was a child, I especially liked eating Xianqiantou Tangyuan. During holidays, my parents would take my family to the Xianqiantou Tangyuan Shop to eat sesame tangyuan. I was very happy and the taste was really great. I also like the meat tangyuan there. They are very fresh and delicious. Now when my classmates and friends from other places come here, they will eat a bowl of Wenzhou tangyuan, and everyone agrees that it is delicious.

Xianqian Tangyuan Shop was originally named "Zheng Deda" Tangyuan Shop. It opened during the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty and was the earliest Tangyuan shop in Wenzhou. Between 1928 and 1938, two more Tangyuan shops, "Huang Xinfa" and "Zhiweiyuan", were opened in Xianqian. Each of these three Tangyuan shops has its own characteristics. The fresh meat Tangyuan of "Zhiweiyuan" tastes the best. Its fillings are all made of meat jelly, which melts as soon as it is boiled in the soup. When you bite into the Tangyuan, you will feel a mouthful of fragrant soup; the red bean paste Tangyuan and sesame Tangyuan of "Yinxinfa" are all seasoned with high-grade Huaguo brand banana essence, which are delicious and worth tasting.

People think Ningbo glutinous rice balls are good, but Wenzhou County Qiantou glutinous rice balls are also good, very sticky and fragrant, especially the pounded flour glutinous rice balls, which are particularly unique and can only be eaten here. If there is any shortcoming, it is that they are too sweet.

This is an old shop in Wenzhou. Although it is known as a glutinous rice dumpling shop, it also sells other buns and noodles. I used to think it was good and often went there, but now I feel it has declined and rarely goes there. The review is average.
