Its vibrant red color, tender and sweet flavor, and perfect balance of rich and savory, with the lean meat perfectly cooked, is pure bliss – so delicious I could stomp my feet! 😋 The hand-shredded chili stir-fried pork is also amazing. The spicy aroma of the chili perfectly complements the freshness of the pork slices, each bite bursting with a rich, savory flavor that's incredibly addictive. The fish-fragrant shredded pork is also authentic, with a wonderful balance of sour, sweet, spicy, salty, and savory flavors. The spicy blood curd is absolutely divine, with a rich variety of ingredients, including crunchy tripe, and the numbing and spicy broth is simply divine! 🥵 And the Chu Cai rice wine buns are fantastic!
