This revolving restaurant on the 41st floor has a unique view. While enjoying a birthday dinner for one person, I overlooked the nearby river. The restaurant is very hygienic and the environment is elegant. The service of the sisters and boys in the restaurant is good. This dinner is very much to my taste and I give it a big thumbs up👍

位于41楼的这家旋转餐厅，风景这边独好。一边享受一个人的生日晚餐，顺便眺望一下附近的江边，餐厅卫生很好，环境优雅，餐厅的小姐妹、小伙子们服务好好，这顿晚餐很对我的口味、给予大大的赞👍

现在不是自助餐，点餐大概200多块钱一位，吃的并不尽兴。餐位费30块钱一位，有简单的水果和点心免费供应。在这个餐厅主要是想看江景，但是它不是落地窗，所以看着灯光秀也不是很尽兴。

这次到武汉打卡了两家美食圈认证的高级餐厅，一家老字号和一家新晋网红景观餐厅，综合来说粗茶淡饭是最好的一家了。地段好，距离黎黄陂路和江滩公园都很近，有自己的停车场，免费停4小时，吃完饭还能周边转转。菜品都很可口，但湖北菜的特色不突出，主要是用了一些本地食材，烹饪方式算是比较融合系的，所以就比较欠缺辨识度，一顿饭下来反而没有什么记忆点。两个人点了一个980+的套餐，性价比很高，吃都吃不完，关于菜单的设计提两个建议。一个是五福拼盘，除了樱桃鹅肝酱是双数，其他都是单数，作为双人套餐非常不合宜，建议蔬菜沙拉去掉，五福每样四件，而且最好是每人一个容器。另一个是点心，建议一个干点一个湿点，现在咸点和甜点都是带汤水的，搭配不太合理。另，餐后糖水甜度过低，建议上菜的时候搭配一份蜂蜜水或者桂花蜜，毕竟每个人口味不一样，就我而言，过于追求健康索性就别吃甜食了，如此寡淡的糖水还有什么意义呢。不过服务员的反应很专业，不仅马上拿来了蜂蜜和白糖，还送了一份餐厅自制的小甜食，看得出餐厅还是有服务意识，且懂得投其所好的。整个用餐过程，服务员还是表现的比较专业的，待人接物各方面也基本做到了礼貌周到，不卑不亢。但在上菜顺序和节奏方面距离高级餐厅还有一定距离，要做到根据菜式口味梯度上菜，观察客人用餐节奏出菜，确实不是一件容易的事情。本来吃完饭想去巴公房子那儿拍拍照，但来的时候看见里里外外的商拍，索性吃完饭就留在餐厅拍了几张照片。粗茶淡饭还是曾经的俄国领事馆，这栋房子建于1902年，现在看也还挺漂亮的，百叶窗、复古楼梯、钢琴都很出片。
