Hakka stuffed tofu, salt-baked chicken, braised pork with pickles, taro braised pork, steamed spareribs with garlic, stuffed rice cake, July 7th herbal rice cake, Hakka fried large intestine... These are the Hakka dishes we had in a restaurant called Taoranju when we first arrived in Wuhua County today. They tasted very good, especially when paired with the local Changle Shao.
