In Wuwei, KFC and McDonald&#39;s have not yet entered the market. Dicos is the only Western fast food chain. I would take my son there every time. But as he grew up, his love for Dicos faded. But my feelings for Dicos remain.

With no other options, I went to Renliangmian near my hotel, hoping to have a quick meal. As soon as I walked in, I saw a line of locals waiting inside, and I knew I&#39;d made the right choice. 👏

The cold noodles here are the familiar cold noodles, topped with a hot broth. They offer three different broths to choose from, and you can also add braised beef at your own expense. [Cold Noodles] 🍜 I chose the potato and beef stew, which had a similar texture to da lu mian (rice noodle soup). Locals say they thicken the soup with flour, not starch. I couldn&#39;t tell, but it was quite good nonetheless. The large chunks of potato, the thoroughly stewed beef, and the beans resembled a thickened version of a three-fresh dish.
[Braised Beef] 🥩 The butcher&#39;s skill makes perfect, slicing the beef very thinly, resulting in a smooth, even texture that won&#39;t get stuck in your teeth. The beef was also well-braised, and the chili oil was incredibly fragrant.
[Fu&#39;er Tea] 🫖 Free, all-you-can-drink option was the best tea I&#39;ve had in Wuwei.

🐣 Tip: Their chili is very fragrant; it starts off spicy and gets spicier as you go, so don&#39;t add too much at the beginning. A small bowl of noodles actually packs a lot of noodles, so don&#39;t blindly choose a large bowl just because it&#39;s small; you might end up overdoing it. ____________________________________________
I really love the Wuwei breakfast. The cold noodles are tender and tender, and the hot, braised noodles are chewy and warm. A big mouthful of noodles, a few slices of meat, and then a big sip of tea&mdash;it&#39;s so relaxing!
