I searched for it when I passed by and found an introduction in Baidu Encyclopedia. There were so many people that many people left without waiting.
Vegetarian Mixed:
It was a mix of two kinds of wild vegetables, I had never eaten it before. The long ones were called Luan Ya, which had a crispy texture and were wrapped with the stamens of the Gou tree. There was also an introduction in Baidu.
The pork skin jelly was said to be homemade. Seeing that I was alone, I ordered half a portion. I was not used to it and could not stand the fishy smell of pork.
Five-color Steamed Noodles:

Do you need to wait so long for something mixed with yogurt and aloe vera? There were only two or three tables of customers in the store at that time. Yogurt aloe vera: Not only because I waited for half an hour, the sugar sprinkled on it was super unhealthy and faded seriously. The yogurt was not good, but the aloe vera was fresh.
One more thing to add: I was arranged to wait at the door by myself. Later, many tables were empty. There were drinks next to my seat, and waiters kept coming back and forth to get them (see picture). I laughed.
