I'm crying! The best restaurant in Nalati!
This was my favorite restaurant during my trip to Xinjiang. The Shepherd Grandpa's special cultural dishes were amazing. It's well known that Xinjiang people eat late, and their dishes are often heavy in oil and salt. For mainland Chinese, eating too late can be very upsetting, especially at small, dirty stalls where the oil and ingredients are not clean. This restaurant, however, is relatively light and refreshing, with a wide and varied menu, making it more accessible to the general public.
The waitress was friendly and attentive, proactively explaining how to prepare Loulan's First Palm and how to top the handmade ice cream with various jams. You can even get a free lamb pudding by checking Dianping.com! I highly recommend the spicy chicken; it's a generous portion, not pre-prepared, and incredibly crispy. Paired with rice, it's a truly satisfying evening meal.
The only downside is that there can be a wait at peak times. Check Dianping.com frequently, and if you plan to go, call ahead to reserve a private room. #NalatiFood #NalatiScenicFood #DukuGuide #XinjiangTravel #NalatiGuide #NalatiGrassland #NalatiTravelGuide #YiliFood #Nalati #Yili

First stop in Xinjiang: Nalati! Straight off the plane...🥹🥹 I'm not exaggerating... You absolutely must try the local Xinjiang specialties! So 🐮... You can't get them anywhere else! The local specialties paired with the large chunks of beef and mutton grilled on Xinjiang skewers are incredible... After visiting the Nalati Sky Grasslands, I was so satisfied with my first meal there!! My friend's recommendation was right! 👍 Xinjiang's local specialties are so fragrant! They're delicious no matter how you eat them... The grilled meat paired with the amazing dipping sauce... I was completely overwhelmed by the food! 😭😭 Later, I went to this restaurant again... Recommended the Loulan First Palm, Hand-Pulled Meat, Baoersak, Yellow Noodle Grilled Meat, Naan Cup Ice Cream, Xinjiang Grilled Skewers, and Sand Scallion Scrambled Eggs. Just eat... You won't stop gushing after each bite!! Delicious!! The restaurant also has a great atmosphere and there's even a dance performance... It's a beautiful photo op! Thanks to the Xinjiang locals for showing me the way!! I've been there three times already!! It's truly one of those Xinjiang dishes I'll never forget. 🥹Super authentic, always packed, generous portions, and the service and ambiance are incredibly exotic~ Every table must order Loulan's First Palm (Ox Paw). The sticky, tender, sour, spicy, and fragrant beef tendon is so delicious, piping hot from the wok, it's so fragrant! When I eat with friends, I have to fight over it! (No exaggeration!) Their mutton soup pot meat 🍗 is slow-cooked over low heat, giving the mutton a rich and delicious flavor that warms both the heart and the stomach! I even took a few Napoleons away when I left. The ingredients were so generous, and each bite was incredibly satisfying! Who truly understands the value of a single bite... My friends and I ordered a full table and didn't disappoint. We're going back countless times! I highly recommend this place as your first stop when visiting Nalati! 🐛 #NalatiFood#NalatiScenic AreaFood#DukuGuide#XinjiangTravel#NalatiGuide#NalatiGrassland#NalatiTravelGuide#YiliFood#Nalati#Yili
#Tag your dining partner!!! Let's show off Xinjiang cuisine together! Is anyone else like me craving some local delicacies after watching the drama My Altai? The Western-style Xinjiang restaurant's setting is filled with alluring aromas, and the dining atmosphere is fantastic! 💓 Tianshan Spicy Chicken (with Belt Noodles) This incredibly flavorful spicy chicken makes me happy again! The chicken is small but incredibly flavorful, with plenty of tender meat! Add a side of Belt Noodles to the mix, and slurp up the rich broth while you wrap the noodles! Delicious! 💓 Scallion Oil Crayfish Fresh fish is steamed in the simplest way, resulting in delicate, white, and tender fish meat drizzled with steamed fish soy sauce. You can't stop eating! 💓 Grilled Lamb Skewers Skewered and grilled fresh, each skewer is a testament to our commitment to quality. The fresh lamb is juicy, roasted to a crispy aroma, and sprinkled with cumin and chili flakes. It's a real treat! 💓Handmade Raspberry Yogurt The yogurt has a uniquely rich flavor, and the addition of local raspberry jam is a truly amazing combination. The natural lactose in the yogurt is just enough to give it a sweet, non-cloying flavor. It's a real treat! #NalatiFood #NalatiScenicFood #DukuGuide #XinjiangTravel #NalatiGuide #NalatiGrassland #NalatiTravelGuide #YiliFood #Nalati #Yili #NalatiRestaurant
Nalati Loulan First Palm, an unforgettable experience of unique taste 🍖 At Nalati Shepherd Grandpa Restaurant, you must try Loulan First Palm, which is the cow's hoof. It is quite domineering when it is served on the table, and its size is larger than an adult's palm. After a long time of stewing, the cow's hoof becomes soft and tasty, and the rich sauce tightly wraps every inch of meat. Take a bite, full of collagen, soft and chewy. The mellow sauce fragrance spreads in the mouth, which makes people aftertaste endlessly. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and pleasant, and everyone sits together to share this unique delicacy. When the characteristic ethnic dance begins at 8:30 in the evening, the dancers' wonderful performance complements this delicacy, making people linger. #Nalati Food#Nalati Scenic Area Food#Duku Guide#Xinjiang Tourism#Nalati Guide#Nalati Grassland#Nalati Tourism Guide#Yili Food#Nalati#Yili
