Yan&#39;an is an iconic city in northern Shaanxi and the most significant Chinese revolutionary base. The first time I visited northern Shaanxi, I always had to try the northern Shaanxi cuisine, so I chose Qinxiangyuan. The signature braised fish head with sauce uses large fish heads from Yinghu Lake, served with tofu and chicken feet, which is very tasty. Yan&#39;an date cake is also a very authentic local specialty of Yan&#39;an, fragrant and sweet, but not greasy. The stir-fried yellow beef is really a conscientious product, with a very high proportion of beef. The side dishes in the alfalfa meat in northern Shaanxi are extremely rich, including shredded pork, bean sprouts, fungus, eggs, and day lily, which are absolutely healthy dishes. The cabbage and potatoes are stewed, which is refreshing and filling.

I went to Shaanxi for a trip and came to Yan&#39;an. I went out to find food at night and accidentally came across the Erdao Street Night Market. I also accidentally saw this mutton offal shop. Because the shop was relatively small, I hesitated for a while and thought that I should have a bowl of mutton offal soup to warm up my body. The mutton offal soup here is quite famous. The portion is full. One person will feel full immediately after eating a bowl. Although it is called mutton offal, it is not very broken. Just call it mutton offal. Pepper is added to the soup, which warms the stomach. The environment is just so-so, and the seats are very crowded. Fortunately, there are three of us sitting at a table, otherwise we must share a table.

Grandma Impression is on the second floor next to Phoenix Plaza, with a nice environment. The large yellow croaker in chicken sauce is very tender and fresh. Mapo tofu is only three yuan and tastes good. Grandma&#39;s sauerkraut noodles are 11 yuan for a big bowl; the leavened corn cakes are soft and sweet; there are also free snacks and millet porridge and eight-treasure porridge.
