After appreciating the magnificence of Qiankun Bay, we stopped at Yanchuan County.
I had a spicy liver bowl in Zhenchuan in the morning. I saw this spicy liver covered noodles in the reviews and wanted to try it to see if there was any difference.
It was a small roadside shop. There were not many customers after lunch time. The shop was clean and tidy.
There were various types of covered noodles and rice on the menu, and the names looked good. I ordered spicy liver covered noodles, and when the rice was served, I saw a small notice on the wall. It means that you can add liver and noodles to the spicy liver covered noodles for free, but you can&#39;t waste it. It&#39;s open.
As soon as the rice was served, the shape was impressive. The chopstick-thick noodles were covered with a full layer of spicy pork liver, which was shiny and spicy red with a fragrant aroma, which aroused people&#39;s appetite.
The liver was cut very thinly, and the spicy taste was not very strong, but it was also flavorful. Mix it and take a big bite of the noodles and liver. The carbohydrates and meat are very satisfying.
