This braised food shop is super big, it&#39;s the largest one in Yilan. The braised food here in Taiwan is a little too sweet, nothing else is special. The duck intestines and quail eggs are delicious, and the pig&#39;s feet are very fat.

这家卤味店超级大哦，是宜兰最大的卤味店了，台湾这里的卤味就是有点太甜，别的没什么，那个鸭肠还有鹌鹑蛋都很好吃哦，猪脚很肥哦。

鸭子超级好吃，外表并无惊艳。但入口即知品质上佳。肉感肉质细嫩入味，纹理清晰，卤味浸润。概念中鸭子固有的肥腻感这家能做的全无，回味无穷。

Scallion pancake is one of the famous street snacks in Taiwan. There are many famous shops with long queues everywhere. The best scallion pancake in my opinion is Ke&#39;s scallion pancake. It&#39;s a long-established bakery. The bread they make looks delicious. The best one is the Swiss roll. The taro Swiss roll is very popular and is basically sold out as soon as it&#39;s made, so I bought the chocolate one.

It&#39;s a restaurant with a sense of age. The salted chicken is delicious, and the braised large intestine is very clean. The braised pork rice is also a specialty. The braised meat is very fragrant using traditional cooking methods.

When we were in Jiaoxi, Yilan, we stayed at the Shanquan Hotel here. We could soak in the hot springs, go for a walk in Jiaoxi Park, and then have lunch at this ramen restaurant nearby.
