The hot pot at Beixue Restaurant is super delicious. It has the Northeastern specialty sauerkraut as the base, combined with fresh beef, mutton and various vegetables, which is super satisfying.

If you want to experience the authentic Northeastern kang hot pot, you can book a kang in advance with the store. Eating hot pot on the kang, a group of people eat and chat while laughing, which is interesting and fresh.
